Broadcasting

Task - Create a game menu so that:

  1. You have 3 different backdrops

  2. You have 2 new button sprites, one with the word 'Start' one with 'Exit'

  3. Now Watch the video below - to create a simple menu system using Broadcasting


    If you have correctly completed the task your scratch code should do the following

  • When the green flag is clicked there are two buttons
    displayed one to start the game and one to exit.

  • When the 'Start' button is pressed the background
    changes and a message is displayed.
    All buttons should also be hidden.

  • When the 'Exit' button is pressed the background
    also changes and a message is displayed.
    All buttons should again be hidden

Using Loops

Task - Copy one of the loops below to make question repeat until the right answer is given.

Task - Break up your questions so that they are called by using broadcasts named question1, question2 etc.
