Network Hardware

Network hardware is the term used for all of the hardware components that can be found in computer networks. This includes the network interface controllers, that are used to connect individual devices to a network, and components such as switches and routers, that are used to build the backbone of the network.

Devices can be connected by cable or wirelessly. Many networks have both wired and wireless connections.
